Service contract
Template — review before signing
In {lugar}, on {fecha}, {proveedor}, with tax ID {proveedorNif} (hereinafter "the Provider"), and {cliente}, with tax ID {clienteNif} (hereinafter "the Client"), agree to enter into this service contract.
Purpose. The Provider will render the following services to the Client: {servicio}

Price. The total price is {precio} (indirect taxes not included), under the following payment terms: {pago}
Good faith and confidentiality. The parties will collaborate in good faith and will keep confidential any non-public information exchanged while rendering the services.
